By booking an appointment or receiving services at Lilian Med Spa, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

 

 

1. Appointments & Scheduling

Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to avoid delays for other clients.

 

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

3. Consultations & Medical Disclosure

For your safety, clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding health history, allergies, medications, and previous treatments. Lilian Med Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from withheld information.

 

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of booking. .All sales on services, gift cards, and packages are final unless otherwise stated.Products may be eligible for exchange if unopened and unused within 14 days.

 

5. Treatment Eligibility

We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is not suitable for a client’s health condition, safety, or if behavior is inappropriate.

 

6. Results Disclaimer

Individual treatment results may vary. Lilian Med Spa does not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on individual skin types, health conditions, and lifestyle factors.

 

7. Privacy & Personal Information

We collect only the information necessary to provide services and process payments. Information may be shared with trusted payment processors when required for transactions. All personal data is kept confidential and secure.

 

8. Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Packages and prepaid services are non-transferable unless approved by management

 

9. Liability

By receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with spa and aesthetic treatments. Lilian Med Spa is not liable for reactions or outcomes resulting from services, products, or undisclosed medical conditions.10.
